Qualifications

• Significant experience in housing enforcement or environmental health.
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation such as the Housing Act 2004 and Renters Rights Act 2025.
• Ability to manage complex investigations and prepare legal documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead enforcement of housing standards and regulate HMOs and caravan sites.
• Manage complex criminal investigations and prepare witness statements.
• Represent the Council in court and tribunals as needed.
• Prepare prosecution files and coordinate with Legal Services.
• Inspect properties and issue licensing determinations under relevant Acts.
