Medical Staff Talent in Abu Dhabi seeks a UK/Europe-trained Sports Physiotherapist for a discreet, permanent live-in role with a private family. The work is movement-led, with neuromuscular techniques, injury-prevention, and one-to-one care across travel.

You must have a physiotherapy degree with active registration, experience with elite athletes or high-profile clients, and be ready to relocate within six weeks; English fluency required, Arabic a plus.

• Several years of sports or musculoskeletal practice with a strong manual therapy and movement-control component.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, movement-led work including soft tissue release, assisted stretching, active mobility, and joint mobilisation.

• Movement analysis and biomechanical assessment to underpin injury-prevention programmes.
• Proprioception and balance training; strength and conditioning plays a smaller part.
• Sessions in a private treatment suite and while the family travels; one-to-one care with continuity.

Job Description

A discreet, permanent live-in appointment with a private family in Abu Dhabi, for a UK or European-trained physiotherapist whose background is sport and manual therapy.

Open to UK & European-trained physiotherapists based in Sweden who are ready to relocate.

The work is hands-on and movement-led: soft tissue release, assisted stretching, active mobility work and joint mobilisation.

You will use neuromuscular techniques for movement control, corrective exercise, and breathing and core control.

Movement analysis and biomechanical assessment underpin an injury-prevention programme for active principals.

Proprioception and balance training complete the brief; strength and conditioning plays a smaller part.

Sessions take place in a private treatment suite in the residence and wherever the family travels.

You work one-to-one, with the continuity of care that no clinic caseload allows.

We introduce clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe; what counts is where you trained, not your nationality.

From £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience.

Accommodation in or right next to the residence, free of charge.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.

A permanent appointment with annual leave, renewed each year.

Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Every role is live-in and single-status: the clinician relocates alone.

The family's diary sets the pattern of the day; total flexibility on hours and destinations is expected.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
