Overview
The UHNW Founders of a phenomenally successful, household-name, consumer goods brand, with many philanthropic interests, are looking for an experienced Private Personal Assistant.
2-3 days based at the client's home in a fully equipped office - West Sussex coast with FREE PARKING
3-2 days WFH
They are an exceptionally nice couple. Both are very understated, down to earth and private with very busy work and social lives – kind, respectful and polite.
Fully independent adult children, dog.
Responsibilities
- Inboxes and very busy diaries
- Business support, liaising with EA, setting up meetings, chasing reports and collating information and documentation, travel, etc.
- Personal international travel, about 6 times a year, flights, accommodation, logistics, detailed itineraries, visas, passport renewals, etc.
- Property management for homes in West Sussex, London, the West Country and France
- Overseeing household staff in four locations
- Assisting with the major and complex building and refurbishment works to one of the properties – a significant part of the role
- Arranging regular dinners and entertaining, liaising with chefs, florists, etc., guest invitations and all other arrangements
- Negotiating contracts and suppliers’ estimates, ensuring all personal/household invoices/bills are correct before paying, etc.
- Gatekeeping Vets, etc.
- Managing insurance for all homes and cars, MOTs, parking permits, etc.
- Involvement in several charities that the principals are involved with
- Involvement in the principals' investments
- Anything and everything to do with their personal lives Ad hoc projects
The candidate
- Must live within sensible driving distance of the West Sussex coast
- 5-10 years of experience as a Private PA to a HNW or UHNW individual or couple, and some EA experience
- Experience with property management, refurbishments, etc.
- Not a huge or domineering personality, but strong and decisive
- DISCREET Muck-in, friendly, flexible, calm, kind, respectful and polite
- Not a QUEEN BEE or heavy-handed with other staff
