A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced nurse to join their team. The role involves managing patient care and maintaining clinical standards while supervising staff in a dynamic environment. The post holder will work closely with the Private Outpatient Sister and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining excellent clinical standards of nursing practice and staff development as part of the team. The post holder is to take charge of the clinic as required and is expected to competently carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision, and to demonstrate procedures, supervise qualified and/or unqualified staff whilst maintaining a safe working environment in keeping with the NMC Code of Conduct and validation requirement, Vision and Values of the Private Patient Directorate, Compassion in Practice (DOH 2012) and Royal Brompton & Harefield/GSTT hospitals Policies and Protocols.
