Role Overview

Sulis Hospital is part of The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and is conveniently located just a short 10‑minute drive south of Bath. Sulis Hospital in Bath is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part‑time Private Medical Secretary to join the business development team.

As Private Medical Secretary at Sulis Hospital, you will provide professional secretarial support to a group of private practices and their activity surrounding the complete patient pathway. You will give a high level of administration and organisational support for patients and consultants, promote great customer service and ensure a very responsive service is provided to all.

Responsibilities

You’ll need to be a confident patient‑focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient‑facing environment would be a real advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.

Working Hours

Permanent Part‑Time – 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
