Job summary

Taylor Root in London (office-based) is partnering with a VC-backed technology business transforming AML, KYC and investor onboarding for private markets. You will review onboarding files, QA KYC/AML assessments, and support complex onboarding scenarios for sophisticated clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in KYC/AML or client due diligence and experience in fund administrators, asset managers or similar. Strong written communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in KYC, AML, investor onboarding or client due diligence.
• Experience within fund administrator, private markets, asset manager or related RegTech.
• Strong understanding of LP onboarding and complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality assure KYC and KYB assessments against source documentation.
• Conduct due diligence on complex investor structures (trusts, family offices, feeder funds, offshore vehicles, LPs).
• Assess ownership chains, PEPs, sanctions and adverse media findings.
• Support enhanced due diligence investigations including source of wealth/funds reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to navigate onboarding requirements and ongoing monitoring.
