Job summary

LGPS Central is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst (Private Markets) to support Fund Managers, manage cashflow with investors and GPs, and oversee outsourced administrator performance. You will contribute to accounting, valuation, and regulatory reporting while improving operating models and processes in a hybrid, team‑oriented environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Investment Teams, Client Services, Compliance, and external partners to deliver accurate investment lifecycle

Qualifications

• Previous Fund Administration and/or Fund Accounting experience for Private Market investments.
• Experience with Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, or Property investments.
• Understanding of the roles played by an Outsourced Administrator.
• Experience with Charles River or eFront is advantageous.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly.
• Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Fund Managers.
• Preparing cashflow notices and managing cashflow activity with investors and General Partners.
• Bank and cash management and reconciliation.
• Monitoring, processing and payment of invoices.
• Oversight of the Fund Administrator for outsourced services including reviewing KPI and SLA performance.
• Supporting internal audits.
• Contribute to the development of the Target Operating Model.
• Ad-Hoc project support.
