  • Identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improving information management and creating scalable, technology-enabled solutions across fundraising activitiesProven organisational, programme management and problem-solving skills, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Building effective relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of seniority, influencing outcomes and driving collaboration
  • Championing continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements and driving operational efficiencies through best-practice ways of working
  • Demonstrating knowledge of private markets fundraising, institutional investor due diligence, alternative investment products, CRM and fundraising technologies, investor data rooms, and fund launch or capital-raising activities while embracing new technologies and innovation across teams
