The Private Market & Mature Brands Medical Lead develops and drives strategies to expand the use of AstraZeneca's oncology and diagnostic solutions within the private healthcare sector. Leading cross-functional teams, the role involves engaging healthcare professionals, private providers, and private health insurance companies to deliver tailored medical and diagnostics information. Essential to this role is working closely with these organisations to identify and collaboratively develop solutions that improve patient pathways and transform care. The lead improves capabilities, fosters data-driven approaches, and streamlines processes to support effective engagement and improved outcomes, ensuring compliance to AZ standards throughout.
