Job summary

Silks Luxury Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Private Housekeeper / Cook in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, roughly 12pm–8pm, with 40–45 hours per week and a salary of £45,000–£50,000 gross per annum DOE.

The position is permanent, full-time, and requires a driver. Responsibilities include high-standard housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe care, and preparing fresh vegetarian family meals.

Qualifications

• Experienced Private Housekeeper with strong household standards.
• Warm, friendly, and comfortable in a private family home.
• Excellent organisational and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces to an excellent standard.
• Manage laundry, wardrobes and clothing storage with care.
• Prepare fresh, healthy vegetarian meals following family recipes and preferences.
• Support with groceries, shopping lists and kitchen organisation.
• Drive teenage daughters to activities and provide occasional babysitting when required.
