Job summary

Perfect Household Staff is seeking a proactive Domestic Helper to join a private Cheshire residence near Manchester. The role includes driving Principals, light maintenance and general household support in a busy household with a live-out arrangement.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience, two strong references, conversational English, a valid UK work permit, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of private Domestic Helper / Houseman experience.
• 2 excellent checkable references.
• Conversational English.
• UK working permit.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Daily driving duties for the Principals and occasional airport transfers.
• Vehicle management: fuelling, cleaning coordination, routine checks.
• Running household errands (shopping, dry cleaning, supplies collection).
• Assisting with household logistics and practical support tasks.
• Light external maintenance such as jet washing driveways and gates.
• Monitoring swimming pool systems and general exterior upkeep.
• Supporting the housekeeper and cook when required, including light kitchen assistance during events.
• Basic property checks including security, bins and general order.
• Occasional travel to the family’s residence in France (by agreement).
• Dog walking and light pet care for two small dogs.
