The role offers autonomy over your own matters and exposure to high-quality privately funded work, with mentoring from senior lawyers and a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE, England & Wales admission, and strong client-care, communication, and business development skills. Flexible working is offered to support career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE; admitted in England & Wales.
• Proven and current experience of private Family matters (no legal aid).
• Confident managing your own caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong technical ability.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking.
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a leading team.
