Private Executive Assistant/House Manager paying up to £90,000 - London

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant/Private PA to support an internationally renowned VIP in a fast-paced, highly demanding private household based 5 days in, being on call out of hours.

This position sits at the heart of operations, overseeing the seamless management of two private residences in the UK and abroad. You will act as the principal's right hand, managing staff, coordinating international travel, maintaining complex diaries, and liaising with high-level external advisors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across 2 properties
  • Manage domestic and maintenance staff across locations
  • Handle household budgets, payments, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate complex, multi-leg international travel and scheduling
  • Liaise with accountants, lawyers, contractors, and vendors
  • Implement and refine procedures for efficiency and consistency
  • Act as the main point of contact between the principal and all household and external parties
  • Work on-site across the London office and residence (5 days per week)
  • Be available outside of core hours and travel internationally as needed (1–2 times/month)
Requirements:
  • Ideally English mother tongue
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a private PA/EA at a senior level
  • Previous experience managing properties and household staff
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Unflappable under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, high-pressure environment
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individual
  • Driving Licence
  • Familiarity with household management systems and luxury service standards
