In this role, you will provide key support on complex, high-profile transactions, while developing your technical expertise. Ideal candidates are CTA qualified or in the final stages of study, with a strong foundation in UK tax and excellent analytical skills. The Opportunity: This specialist Private Equity Portfolio Tax team sits alongside the firm's M&A and Funds Tax practices, providing a fully joined-up service to private equity funds and their portfolio companies. The team advises across the entire investment lifecycle - from acquisition through growth and reorganisation, to eventual exit. You'll gain hands-on exposure to complex, high-profile transactions while developing your technical expertise and commercial understanding of how private equity operates. You'll be supported by experienced managers and directors, and enjoy direct client contact from the outset. This role offers incredible variety, exposure and learning potential - ideal for ambitious tax professionals ready to step into an advisory environment.
You'll be motivated, commercially curious and eager to build a career in Private Equity tax. You might already have some experience in corporate or transaction tax, or simply a strong foundation in UK tax and a desire to specialise.
