An international law firm is seeking a 4-6 PQE Lawyer to join their leading private equity team in London.

You will join one of the largest dedicated private equity practices in the mid-market, advising clients on all aspects of the private equity life‑cycle, from fund formation to exit.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including:

  • Acting for corporate and private equity houses in the mid-lower market
  • Acting for management teams on large cap PE deals
  • Buyouts
  • Growth and venture capital investments
  • Management buyouts
  • Bolt‑on acquisitions
  • Secondaries
  • Fund restructuring

You will work closely with experienced partners and associates on all stages of a transaction, gaining valuable experience in the private equity industry.

The firm is looking for a candidate with:
  • 4-6 PQE experience, with a proven track record of private equity and corporate transactions (experience level can be adjusted based on needs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills
