Talantir is expanding its Investor Relations team and seeks a professional with 2–5 years of IR or private placement experience from a PE or placement agent background. You will draft and refine fundraise materials, coordinate with external advisors, and support investor interactions through detailed reporting and presentation content.

You will advance client service, manage internal and external relationships, and help prepare content for investor events such as the annual meeting and advisory

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' career experience in a placement agent/PCA/PFG or the IR team of a private equity fund.
• Strong academic track record.
• Good knowledge of and interest in the private equity sector.

Responsabilités

• Project management for fundraises including drafting and revising all marketing and diligence materials (marketing presentations, information memorandums and DDQs).
• Managing internal relationships and liaising with third-party advisors.
• Proactively preparing materials to support the Investor Relations Directors in investor interactions.
• Drafting and revising marketing materials.
• Preparing detailed investor activity reports to ensure best-in-class client service.
• Helping prepare content for investor events such as the annual investor meeting and advisory board meetings.
