This internship is designed for motivated students curious about private equity and willing to contribute to complex transactions under guidance. You'll gain exposure to critical deal steps: investment analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of materials for investment

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong academic track record.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Investment analysis: support company, market and industry research.
• Identify potential roll-up opportunities and add-on acquisitions.
• Assist with due diligence and preparation of presentations and materials for investment committees.
• Portfolio and internal project support, including sector mapping and research.
