Job summary

Meraki Talent are supporting a well established Private Equity firm in Central London to recruit a Fund Accountant on a fixed term basis. The role sits in the Private Equity Secondaries funding stream and broader Private Equity fund accounting.

Key duties include preparing call and distribution notices, responding to investor queries, coordinating with Third Party Administrators and Auditors, and managing cash calls with banks to ensure timely drawdowns and covenants.

Qualifications

• Private Equity Fund Accounting experience essential.
• Private Equity Secondaries Fund Accounting experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare call and distribution notices and complete sample checks.
• Respond to ad hoc investor queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with Third Party Administrators and Fund Auditors.
• Manage the Fund capital call facility, liaising with the banks to ensure timely drawdowns, repayments and covenant compliance.
• Liaise with the deal team to ensure the timely completion of all deal related transactions.
