Renumeration | £180,000-£200,000 + bonus + equity

Finatal are partnering a B2B Software business backed by a PE house who focuses on Software investments. The business is looking for a CEO to join them at an inflexion point of their journey with an exit looking likely to be 18 months away. The asset is currently sitting at circa £10ml rev.

They are seeking an experienced CEO who has come from a Sales / CRO background and really strong in driving strategy / growth and is able to bring everyone along with them on the journey. A real people person.

This asset has recently launched a new and dynamic piece of software which is unique and will make this business more attractive in the short to long term for potential buyers in the future.

Role
  • A strategic orientated CRO / Sales Director who has stepped into a CEO role, delivering growth the strategy and ability to champion people on in the business
  • A proven track record of delivering growth and building / forging long term relationships with customers
  • Looking for someone with gravitas and the ability to influence and lead from the front
  • Experience of scaling a business
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS / Software landscape
  • Prior VC / PE experience and had led some sort of transaction or exit
  • Operated in a SME type environment of assets between £10-£25ml
