Key Responsibilities:

• Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis
• Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution
• Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives
• Sector research: develop insights into software trends and contribute to positioning the firm as a leading investor in technology

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
• Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT
• Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative approach, integrity, and pragmatic thinking
• Exposure to high-growth software investments in premium segments
• Work within a multi-strategy platform
• Hands-on involvement in portfolio companies with a value-oriented, operational approach
• Participation in upcoming flagship fundraisings and expansion initiatives
