Private Equity Associate (3-5PQE)

Capio are advising an Elite US Law firm in London, seeking further growth in their Chambers Ranked Private Equity Group.

This is one of the most prominent High-Value teams in London – sector agnostic, but a particular strength in Tech.

A further Associate hire has been signed off, due to an increase in deal flow, an investment into the group for 2026.

You can be from a broader Corporate role; looking to specialise in PE; or those with strong PE experience, looking to increase their exposure to deal size and volume; as part of a leading US outfit.

You must be 3PQE; England & Wales Qualified; and trained / worked at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.
