We are partnering with a highly respected mid‑market private equity fund in London seeking to hire an Associate to join its expanding investment team. This position offers hands‑on involvement across the full investment lifecycle, from origination to portfolio value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Assess new investment opportunities across services‑focused sectors (financial services, professional services, healthcare, education)
  • Build detailed financial models and perform valuation and returns analysis
  • Lead core diligence workstreams across commercial, financial, operational, and legal areas
  • Prepare investment committee materials and support deal execution
  • Work closely with management teams on post‑investment value creation initiatives
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in investment banking (M&A or related)
  • ACA qualified (first‑time passes)
  • Experience at a leading platform (elite boutique or strong mid‑market advisory)
