H&P is working with an established Private Equity Growth Firm focusing on mid and upper-market technology investments across Europe and looking for a German Associate to join its growing London Team.

Role Overview:
  • Source and identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment, for prospective deals.
  • Assist in executing investments, including negotiations, term sheet structuring, and deal-closing processes.
  • Support portfolio companies post-investment with strategic advice, operational assistance, and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare investment memos and present opportunities to senior leadership while providing regular updates on portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Strictly 2-5 years of experience in Tier 1 investment banking (excluding internships).
  • Self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in German, native or bilingual.
