Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met.
• Liaise with fund administrators to answer queries.
• Prepare reporting packs and calculate management fees.
• Calculate and review management fees and carried interest.
• Track fund performance and oversee Monthly Management Accounts.
• Support audits, accounts preparation and wider management accounts.

Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a strong background in Private Equity? Do you have experience of LPAs, Management Fees, Carried Interest and other key financial aspects to LPA accounting? Are you looking to work for an established, boutique firm offering a rewarding and challenging role managing a team? If so, we have a fantastic role for an experienced Private Equity Accountant where you will oversee a small team ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met. This is a West End firm in London offering a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.
