Job summary

Flourish Medical is recruiting a GDC-registered Private Dentist for a permanent 2-day-per-week role at a busy fully private practice in Evesham. You will inherit an established patient list with strong demand and earning potential in a modern, well-equipped clinic.

The position offers a 40–50% private fee split and the chance to build lasting patient relationships while delivering high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• UK dental experience essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Available to work 2 days per week.
• GDC-registered and UK experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private dental treatment and patient care.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver a range of general dentistry treatments to a high clinical standard.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.
• Deliver a gentle, patient-focused experience that helps patients feel comfortable and confident.
• Take time to listen to patients and tailor treatment plans to their individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with the wider dental team.
• Follow all current GDC, CQC, and cross-infection control guidelines.
