Predominantly Private or Private only Dentist – Established Patient List Independent Practice

Location: Near Teignmouth, Devon

We are seeking a Predominantly Private or Private only Dentist to join a well-regarded independent dental practice near Teignmouth, Devon.

This opportunity offers a stable inherited patient list, excellent earning potential, and the flexibility to include limited NHS work if desired. Ideal for a motivated clinician looking to shape a rewarding and long-term career in a supportive environment.

About the Position

• Part-Time or Full-Time role available – 2-5 days per week Monday to Friday
• Predominantly private or Private Only Dentist – Fee Per Item and Plan patients
• 45% split on private treatments
• Inherited and stable patient list with new patient growth
• 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience preferred
• Treatment Mentorship and shadowing available for clinical development – Endo, Implants, Invisalign, and Composite Bonding
• Flexible start date available

Optional NHS Involvement

• Paediatric NHS sessions available at £13 per UDA
• Emergency NHS sessions – £100 per hour
• Stabilisation NHS sessions – £100 per hour
• Flexible and minimal NHS commitment, tailored to your preference

About the Practice

• Independent practice – predominantly private
• Principal with 20 years of experience leading the team
• Treatment offering: General dentistry, Orthodontics and Invisalign, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics
• Experienced Hygienist and trained Nursing team in place
• Equipped with SOE software, Intraoral scanner, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and Smilemate
• CBCT machine installation planned for next year
• Convenient parking available nearby
