Job summary

Pantheon Ventures in London invites a detail-oriented Investment Risk role focused on Private Credit to join our risk analytics team. You will assess portfolio and deal-level risks, build models, and provide independent evaluation to support capital allocation within fund constraints and regulatory requirements.

Working with investment teams, you will develop risk tools, monitor portfolios, report to Risk Committees and Boards, and help refine the oversight framework.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Private Credit investment dynamics.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to collate, interpret and analyse risk data.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA and Bloomberg terminal is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor investment risk across Private Credit (Primaries, Secondaries and Co-investments).
• Ensure adherence to LPA limits, internal targets and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine analytical tools to improve portfolio monitoring and risk oversight.
• Report on portfolio management activities to Risk Committees and Fund Boards and support governance.
