Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance or investment banking.
• Previous experience in a top tier private credit firm, bank or advisory firm.

• Unquestionable integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
• Prepare and sensitise financial models.
• Assist in preparation of pitch materials for clients.
• Assist with all operational aspects of a transaction.
• Proactive management of existing investments.
