Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior based in Reigate to manage and advise on personal tax matters for a varied client portfolio.

You will handle compliance, provide advisory support, review work, and maintain strong client relationships while staying up to date with UK tax legislation. Hybrid working and a supportive team environment are offered. This role provides a clear path for professional development and close collaboration with senior managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a tax/accountancy practice.
• Solid understanding of UK tax with exposure to a wide range of client profiles.
• Comfortable working with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tax compliance process for an existing portfolio of varied clients, including property investors, non-residents, non-doms and HNWs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with advisory matters arising from the portfolio and other clients with the support of senior managers/directors.
• Communicate with clients regarding routine queries in a timely manner.
• Review work prepared by trainees and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor budgets and deadlines for allocated work.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant UK tax legislation and updates.
• Support training and development of junior staff
