S&W in Birmingham is launching a School Leaver Programme in Private Client Tax for September 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience from an experienced team, supporting tax returns, planning and client service while studying towards ATT/CTA qualifications.

You’ll join a supportive cohort with dedicated study time, strong colleague guidance, and a clear development path within a fast-growing UK practice. No prior experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in Private Client Tax.
• Willingness to study towards ATT/CTA and related professional qualifications.
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Client Tax team in preparing tax returns and calculations.
• Liaise with clients and HMRC to obtain information and clarify requirements.
• Assist with drafting client reports and tax planning recommendations.
• Contribute to research and technical solutions for complex tax matters.
• Help deliver high-quality client service and maintain accurate documentation.
