Job summary

S&W invites school leavers to join a UK-wide programme across Audit, Tax and Accountancy & Business Outsourcing. You’ll work on real client projects from day one and earn a fully funded professional qualification up to Level 7.

You’ll be supported by senior leaders, a dedicated buddy and a structured training plan, helping you build a strong foundation for a professional career in professional services.

Qualifications

• Predicted or achieved 112 UCAS points in top three subjects (or equivalent) and GCSE grade 5/B in Maths and English Language, or equivalents.
• No prior work experience required; focus on potential, ambition and willingness to learn.
• Interest in business, finance and accountancy; readiness to start a professional career after school or college.
