Job summary

ICAEW in Birmingham is seeking a senior private client tax professional to lead a growing advisory portfolio and shape the practice’s direction. You will foster key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with Partners on strategic initiatives.

You'll mentor junior staff, drive high-quality delivery, and have a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. The role offers hybrid working and strong career progression within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Strong private client tax advisory experience.
• Proven client relationship and project management skills.
• Commercial mindset with business development experience.
• Passion for developing and mentoring others.
