You will manage complex planning, wealth structuring and succession projects, building long-term relationships with HNW individuals and international clients across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• CTA qualified with significant Private Client Tax experience.
• Strong track record in private client tax advisory.
• Experience advising HNW individuals, families and internationally connected clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of bespoke private client tax advisory services.
• Advise HNW individuals, families and international clients across the UK and Ireland.
• Lead complex tax planning, wealth structuring and succession planning projects.
• Build and maintain trusted senior client relationships.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused tax advice.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex advisory matters.
• Manage advisory assignments from initial planning through to completion.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Liaise with clients and other professional advisers.
• Review and oversee work completed by junior team members.
• Support the development and growth of the wider private client tax team.
• Lead business development initiatives and client proposals.
• Attend networking and client events.
• Contribute to thought leadership and technical updates.
• Mentor and develop members of the wider tax team.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships.
