Job summary

Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Wolverhampton to handle a broad private client caseload, including wills, probate, LPAs and estates, with a focus on high-quality service and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with private client experience (4–6 years' PQE).
• Strong knowledge across wills, probate, LPAs and estates.
• Ability to provide holistic, high-quality advice across a broad private client workstream.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed private client caseload including wills, probate and estate administration.
• Draft lasting powers of attorney and advise on capacity-related issues.
• Provide clear, practical advice and maintain excellent client care.
• Work in line with quality and risk management procedures.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers across the local market.
• Support cross-referrals by introducing clients to colleagues in other practice areas.
