Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection.
• Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide practical, empathetic advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate and estate administration, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters.
• Client relationship management and drafting legal documents with tailored advice.
• Provide practical and compassionate guidance to clients during significant life events.
