This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm.

You will need to be a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as:

• Trusts
• Wills
• Probate
• Taxation
• IHT
• Elderly Client
• Court of Protection
• Estate Management

This is a mid to senior position, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
