The Role :

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on matters such as wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships across the South Essex region
• Supporting the development of the Private Client department through networking and marketing initiatives
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards

Requirements :

• NQ-2 years PQE in private client law
• Interest and experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
