Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-regarded and expanding firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to step into a key role within the department.

Role

You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Intestate estate administration
  • Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills
  • Taxable and non-taxable estate administration
  • Client-facing probate work
  • (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3-4 years PQE
  • Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills
  • Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential
  • Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude
