Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5–7 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
  • Proven experience handling a broad private client caseload independently.
  • Sound knowledge of GDPR and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules relevant to private client work.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to provide expert advice on Wills, Trust matters, and Probate.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties professionally and compassionately.
  • Manage files from start to finish in accordance with company policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
High levels of accuracy and efficiency
Demonstrable leadership potential
