Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ or 10+ years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience across Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and elderly client matters.
• Senior candidates with an established profile and client following in London and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across core private client areas (Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts, LPAs).
• For senior hires, focus on Wills and estate planning for HNWI, business owners and multi-jurisdictional assets.
