Private Client Solicitor | Shropshire | 1PQE+ Associate

BCL Legal are delighted to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm, currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established team based in the heart of Shrewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least one year of post-qualification experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role
You'll be working as part of a friendly and knowledgeable Private Client team, handling a varied caseload that includes:
· Drafting wills and trusts
· Probate and estate administration
· Lasting powers of attorney
· Tax planning and asset protection
· Court of Protection matters
· Elderly client advice and estate planning

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, work closely with experienced colleagues, and further develop your expertise in private client law in a nurturing environment.

The Candidate
· A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year of PQE in private client work
