The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their welcoming and collaborative team. This firm offers an exceptional blend of high-quality work, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career development opportunities.

You'll be working with an award-winning, Legal 500 and Chambers‑ranked private client team, handling diverse non‑contentious work including wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, trusts, and complex probate matters.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters
• Draft wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
• Advise on inheritance tax planning and estate structuring
• Handle estate administration from start to finish
• Lead client meetings (with full training support)
• Conduct will reviews and assist with elder client matters
• Support business development activities

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE in Private Client work
• STEP‑qualified or working towards qualification (full support provided)
• Proficient with legal technology and case management systems
• Empathetic, client‑focused approach with excellent communication
• Team player who can work independently
