The Role

You’ll manage a diverse caseload of private client matters within our highly regarded department working with an established and reputable client base whilst benefiting from expert mentorship and defined career pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing comprehensive Wills and Probate matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling complex Estate Administration cases with meticulous attention to detail
  • Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation
  • Administering Trust matters and providing strategic tax planning advice
  • Completing Trust Administration and Tax Returns with technical precision
  • Conducting client meetings and providing clear accessible legal guidance
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting department growth
What We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 4 years PQE in Private Client work
  • Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Trust Administration
  • Expert drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and client care abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure
