We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our reputable firm in Romsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients within the region. Within the role you will be required to:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts
• Provide tailored legal advice including on Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care and ensuring their needs are met
• Attend networking events to promote the firm's private client services and build relationships with potential clients

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client practice and have strong knowledge and experience in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Membership of STEP or similar desirable
