What's involved for the Private Client Solicitor.
  • Advising clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts and Probates.
  • Handling probate and administration of estates.
  • Drafting and managing trusts and related documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with an existing client base of over 1,000 individuals.
  • Supporting and shaping the development of the legal division for a new subsidiary.
  • Building and leading your own legal team to drive company growth
  • Working closely with senior management to develop processes, strategy, and innovative ways to grow the legal function.
What you'll need.
