Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)

The Private Client team is known for its technical expertise and approachable service, dealing with a wide range of matters.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers while developing your skills across all aspects of private client work, including wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

The role will involve:

• Handling a varied caseload of private client matters.

• Advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.

• Preparing lasting powers of attorney and managing Court of Protection applications.

• Delivering excellent client service in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Supporting business development activities and maintaining client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a newly qualified Solicitor with a training seat or demonstrable interest in private client work.
