Private Client Solicitor – Kent

Leading Kent based law firm are looking for a private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal advice in all aspects of private client law. This includes wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, tax advice, and powers of attorney. The team are looking for a dedicated individual who can offer compassionate and personalized service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a comprehensive caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision.
  • Providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and deputyships.
  • Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering empathetic and personalized advice.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to contribute to the department’s goals and targets.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.

The client are looking for a solicitor with circa 2 – 4 years’ PQE with demonstrated experience in managing a full caseload of private client matters. Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client solicitor looking for a role in Kent – the role could be ideal for a candidate currently commuting into London, who is looking for a role closer to home.
