Job Description
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless and effective client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and case files.
  • Assist in the administration of estates, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
  • Attend client meetings, both in person and remotely, to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and apply this knowledge to client work.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

  • A qualification in law, with a specialism or interest in private client matters.
  • Proven experience in drafting wills, managing trusts, and estate planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
