About the Role

I have had the pleasure of speaking with a lovely client who heads up the Private Client Team.

They are succession planning and looking for someone who is hugely passionate about private client work and above all is very client focused.

This firm has a stellar reputation, they have been providing exceptional private client legal support across Edinburgh and beyond for many years. They have a constant and steady flow of work, mostly from repeat or referred clients and they are seen as experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities and Leadership

They are now looking towards the future of the business and in particular the leadership of the Private Client Team and are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join them who can both manage their own caseload of private client matters with a focus on executory work in addition to Wills and Powers of Attorney and also provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.

Work Environment & Flexibility

You'll be joining a very supportive team, and whilst this role is full‑time office‑based there is a great level of flexibility. If you need time off in an emergency, or expect a delivery, there is no issue; they understand people have things to do.
