Brown Advisory in London is offering an 8-week on-site Summer Analyst Programme from 14 June to 6 August 2027. You will gain exposure to Equity Research, Private Client, Sustainability, Fixed Income, Institutional Sales, Compliance, and Legal.

You'll work on portfolio management activities, research, and client materials, with meetings and networking with colleagues and senior management. The programme includes a competitive salary with travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, in penultimate year, or a master’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, research and quantitative capabilities.
• Passion for client service and investments.
• Intellectual curiosity and initiative; willing to ask thoughtful questions.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently or in small teams.
• Discretion in handling confidential material.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Bloomberg, FactSet or similar market data systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in portfolio management activities across client portfolios.
• Analyze existing and prospective client portfolios and prepare client materials and reports.
• Conduct due diligence on external managers and new investment strategies.
• Prepare investment analyses, research notes and presentation materials.
• Present research findings or investment recommendations to the Portfolio Management team.
• Undertake a project culminating in a presentation to the investment team or London office.
• Attend manager due diligence and Investment Committee meetings.
• Help prepare for client portfolio review meetings.
• Monitor global markets and client investments.
